Kelsey Rao
Director of Operations
Kelsey Rao has been the Director of Operations for Manifest Succession Planning since January 2026. She holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University, along with a master's degree in educational psychology and an education specialist degree in school psychology. After 8 years working in education, Kelsey brought her people-first approach to Manifest, where she now keeps the firm running smoothly behind the scenes.
Kelsey is deeply passionate about helping clients accomplish their goals and making sure every interaction with the firm feels easy and personal. Outside the office, she's a proud mom to her fur baby, Luna, and loves curling up with a good book on a rainy day. She also enjoys artistic pursuits like painting and has a soft spot for melancholy movies starring Johnny Depp.
